William Vincent Tucker is a judge on the 5th Circuit Court for Howard County in Maryland.
He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Diane O. Leasure.[1] Tucker assumed office on December 29, 2011.
Education
Tucker received his undergraduate degree from Stockton State College in 1988 and his J.D.
from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1991.[2]
